Fran was my first friend when I moved to Illinois in 1975. Even though I haven't seen her in years I will miss her and always remember her with love and fondness. My deepest sympathy to her beloved family.
I worked with her at Kaskaskia College and the cancer committee. God bless her for all the people she helped! My sympathy on her passing. She made the world a better place.
