I just learned of Janet's passing and would like to send my sincere sympathy to you Sharon and your extended family. Janet was my first cousin from the Moeller side and I have fond memories of visiting at Uncle Ernie and Aunt Irene's. As others have mentioned, your mother had such a great smile and personality. I also remember your Dad and how he liked to "kid." May your memories bring you comfort on your loss.

David said when he was little he would always go with his mom and dad to Janet and Rays when they went there to play cards and Janet always made sure he had his own box of chix in a biscuit crackers. '' you will be missed by David and Mindy
Ray and Janet were so nice to us when we moved to Vandalia. Whether we were playing Pinochle, having breakfast after Church or visiting we enjoyed them both so much. Janet always had such a great smile and laugh.

I remember when my folks were living next to her folks and it was a summer day when Janet and her mom drove into our drive and Janet was driving. I was out in the driveway area and I ran to get behind one of those big trees. I can still hear Janet and her mother laugh. Janet was just learning to drive.
Janet always had a hardy laugh and she did laugh a lot and that may have contributed to her many years.
Her house was always in good order and she may have learned that from her mother. It was always a pleasure to be a guest in her home.
Rest in peace, Janet, your time has come to meet your husband and all who have gone before, the saints of heaven.
