All my love is sent to you 3 "kids"--Carla, Melissa & Rodney. I am sorry this is so late, but I was not aware of your Mom's death. She was such a kind, lovely person. Since I was the "crazy girl" from CA that married your cousin Gordon, most of the people in Greenville were a bit leery of me. Your Mom, however, was always so kind and friendly. She reached out and helped me to adjust to her family and the mid-west in general. Of course, she offered me lots of advice about raising Gordon & Wendy, and it was not always the same as your Aunt Juanita's advice. But it was always given with a smile and loving kindness, which I found very helpful. I had such a good visit with her when the sisters came out to Gordon's wedding! That was the last time I saw her (2010), but it seems like yesterday. She will always be remembered for her welcoming smile!
