Annalea German's Obituary
Annlea German, 88, of Shobonier, IL passed away at 6:29pm,
Friday, November 22, 2013 at Countryside Manor in Mt.
Vernon.
Services will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, November 29, 2013 at
Hohlt & File Funeral Home, Vandalia with Rev. Loren File
officiating. Burial will be in Ramsey Cemetery, Ramsey.
Memorials may be made to the family of Annalea German.
Annalea was born October 6, 1925, in Sharon Twp, Fayette County,
IL, the daughter of John B. and Edna F. (Daniels) Koonce. She
married Herman Warner on May 4, 1946; he passed away April 19,
1955. She later married Loyd German on November 8, 1978, he
passed away November 2002. Annalea was employed by Princess
Peggy Dress Factory. She was a member of the Vandalia
American Legion Auxiliary and Temple Baptist Church of
Vandalia.
She is survived by her son Sidney Warner of Vandalia; grandson
Brent Warner and wife Tricia of Woodlawn, IL; granddaughter:
Deeann Phillips of Vandalia; great grandchildren Kailey, Abigail,
and David Warner of Woodlawn and Kelsey Phillips of Vandalia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, and son
David E. Warner.
