Anthony Workman's Obituary
Anthony D. "A-Train" Workman, 21, of Vandalia, passed away at
12:59pm, Friday, May 8, 2015 at Fayette County Hospital.
Services will be held at 10:00am, Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at First
Baptist Church in Ramsey with Rev. Terry Sapp officiating.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00pm, Monday, May 11, 2015 at
First Baptist Church in Ramsey, and 1 hour prior to services
Tuesday at the church. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel
Cemetery, Ramsey, IL. Memorials may be made to St. Louis
Children's Hospital or to the Richard Cade Family (Richard
underwent a liver transplant in spring of 2015).
Anthony "A-Train" Workman was born September 30, 1993, in
Centralia, he is the son of Scott and Sherri Workman of Vandalia
and Kim and Clint Donaldson of Ramsey. Anthony was a
recipient of a heart transplant when he was 16, ever since his
surgery Anthony lived life to the fullest, he is a VCHS alumni, and
loved to go fishing and hunting, he attended church at Ramsey
Christian Church and Northside Christian Church in Vandalia.
Anthony is survived by his parents Scott and Sherri Workman of
Vandalia and Kim and Clint Donaldson of Ramsey; sisters Bailee
Workman of Vandalia, Payge Donaldson and Brooke Donaldson of
Ramsey; brother Clay Donaldson of Ramsey; grandparents Juanita
Workman of Vandalia, Ardith and Ernie Carman of Pocahontas, Connie
and Rich Meyer of St. Charles, MO, Danny and Patty Donaldson of
Vandalia, and Terry and Teena Yarbrough of Vandalia.
He was preceded in death by grandfathers Teddy Workman and Doug
Flemming.
