Betty Jones' Obituary
Betty Jones, 75, of Vandalia, IL, passed away August 7, 2012 at
St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital, Effingham.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 11,
2012 at Hohlt & File Funeral Home, burial will follow in South
Hill Cemetery, Vandalia. A visitation will be held from 10-11
AM, Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the
donor's choice.
Betty was born July 18, 1937, the daughter of Robert and
Margaret (Horback) McMillan. She married Bennie Jones November 14,
1952 in Vandalia, IL, he preceded her in death November 14,
2004.
She is survived by daughter Kathy Sublette and husband Stephen
of Seattle, WA; son Dicky Jones of Taylorville; brother Gilbert
"Gib" McMillan of Vandalia; 11 Grandchildren; 23 Great
Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, husband, and son Steven
Johnson, brother Robert McMillan.
