Bonnie Mae Hooker, 77, of Ramsey, IL went home to be with her Lord and savior at 10:35 AM, Wednesday, August 21, 2019.
Per the request of the family, cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no services held at this time. Memorials may be made to the Fayette County Cancer Fund.
Bonnie Mae Hooker was born on December 18, 1941 in Alsip, IL, the daughter of Wilson and Frances (Thoms) Rector. She married Eldon Sam Hooker on June 08, 1963; he preceded in death on March 01, 2013. Bonnie was an executive for the 3M Co. in Chicago until her retirement. She was also a member of The First Baptist Church of Ramsey.
She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda and husband Dana Moore of Decatur; son, Brian Hooker and wife Mary of Ramsey; sisters, Joanne, Shelby, and Rose; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Gary Hooker; daughters, Brenda Majors and Valerie Kolacki; and sister, Donna
