Monday, September 2, 2013 at her home in Vandalia.
Visitation for Carolyn Hughes Rine will be held from
5:00-7:00PM, Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Hohlt & File
Funeral Home, Vandalia, No funeral service will be held at this
time. Memorials may be made to the Family of Carolyn Hughes
Rine.
Carolyn was born September 7, 1949 in Elkton, KY, the daughter
of Henry C. and Irene (Kennedy) Utley. She was a
homemaker.
Carolyn is survived by husband Barry of Vandalia; sons David
Utley and wife Kristi of Vandalia, Kevin Hughes and wife Sarah
of Vandalia, Benji Rine and wife Hattie of Vandalia; daughter
Wendy Rine and fiancé Pat Kershaw of Vandalia, son Chris Rine and
wife Jessica of Brownstown; grandchildren Hailey Helton, Taylor
Rine, Breanna Vanatta, Tevin Vanatta, Ashley Hughes, Kayleigh
Hughes, Jamie Hughes, Chelsey Hughes, Amber Santmeyer, Matthew
Utley, Nathan Utley, Riley Rine, Skylar Rine, and Elizabeth Rine; 8
step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 5 sisters and 2
brothers.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters.
