David M. Fickes, 56, of Vandalia, IL passed away at 11:59 AM, Sunday, May 05, 2024 in Vandalia, IL.

David Marion Fickes was born on December 21, 1967 in Decatur, IL, the son of Harold and JoAnne (Rutherford) Fickes. He married Annamarie Rose Wuehler; she preceded in death on August 27, 2020.
He is survived by his sons David Fickes Jr. of St. Peter and Heath McClure of Bloomington; daughters, Charlotte Fickes of St. Peter and Lexi Ervin of Bloomington; brothers, Mark, Gary, Michael, and Donny Fickes, all of Vandalia and Billy Roberts of Decatur; and sister, Lori Fickes of Decatur.
Preceded in death by his parents; wife; and sister, Cindy Fickes.
