David Cearlock's Obituary
David L. Cearlock, 57, of Vandalia, passed away at 12:22am,
Friday, March 15, 2013 Fayette County Hospital ER.
A memorial service will be held at11:00am, Tuesday, March 19,
2013 at First Baptist Church of Mulberry Grove, Mulberry Grove, IL
with Pastor Benjamin Potter officiating. Visitation will be
held from 5-7pm, Monday, March 18, 2013 at First Baptist Church of
Mulberry Grove, Mulberry Grove, IL and 1 hour prior to services at
church Tuesday.
David was born December 4, 1955 in Vandalia, the son of Delbert
Dewayne Cearlock and Norma (Grubaugh) Croasdale. He married
Debra Goodin on February 147, 1976 in Mulberry Grove. He
worked as a material processor at VanSeal in Vandalia and was a
member of the First Baptist Church of Mulberry Grove.
He is survived by his wife Debra Cearlock of Vandalia; daughters
Angela and husband Christopher Smith of Pittsburg, IL and Staci and
husband Curtis Hampton of Greenville, IL; grandchildren Brendon,
Ashton, Austin and Jackson Smith of Pittsburg, IL, Olivia Harlen
and Katelinn Hampton of Greenville, IL; "adopted" son Tommy Kinkead
and wife Cathy and children T.K., Levi, and Chloe Kinkead all of
Vandalia, IL; brother Dewayne Cearlock and wife Lisa of Vandalia,
IL; sister Ann and husband Robert Lash, Vandalia, IL; and
father-in-law Howard Goodin of Mulberry Grove, IL; he is also
survived by all those who loved him and all those whom he
loved.
David was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother
Steven Cearlock.
