This is a prayer that I have said
for years and I hope in some very small way it can bring everyone
who is reading it some comfort.
Lord, I do not know what the future
holds, but I know who holds the future. So help me to put all my
faith, my trust, and my hope in You. Continue to give me, my
family, my extended family, my church family, and my friends the
strength and the faith that we need to go on. Keep us from
bodily harm, but more importantly keep us from spiritual harm. And
as You prepare a place for us, please prepare us for that place.
And when You are ready call each one of us safely home to spend
eternity with You in Heaven.
In Jesus precious name I pray.
Amen.
