Erma "Jackie" Hall's Obituary
Erma Cleona "Jackie" Hall, 89, of Vandalia, passed away at
10:45pm, Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Fayette County Hospital Long
Term Care. 
A graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00,
Thursday, July 18, 2013 atGriffith Cemetery, Brownstown, IL with
Rev. Joe Lawson officiating.  A visitation will be held from
10:00-11:00am, Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Hohlt & File Funeral
Home, Vandalia.  Memorials may be made to the donor's choice
or to American Cancer Society.
Jackie was born September 4, 1923, the daughter of William David
and Marinda Snow (Martin) Willis.  She married Roy Edward Hall
on October 28, 1940 in St. Charles, MO, he preceded her in death
November 8, 1986.  She worked as a seamstress for the Princess
Peggy Dress factory and for PN Hirsch Drapery in
Vandalia. 
She is survived by her daughter-in-law Kathy Hall of Brownstown;
grandsons Edward Wayne Hall and his wife Taffany of Brownstown and
Brent Lee Hall of Brownstown; and 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons Jessie
Lee Roy Hall, Harold Jacob Hall, and Edward Wayne Hall; brothers
Jake, Joe, and Charlie Willis; sisters Helen, Lois, Hattie, and
Mary; and grandson James Roy Hall.
