Evelyn Corine Talbott's Obituary
Evelyn Corine Talbott, 85, of Vandalia, passed Wednesday,
October 29, 2014 at her home.
Services will be held at 10:00am, Friday, October 31, 2014 at
the First Pentecostal Church of Vandalia with Rev. Daniel McDonald
officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services
Friday at the church. Burial will be in Pilcher Cemetery,
rural Brownstown, IL. Memorials may be made to the family of
Evelyn Talbott.
Evelyn was born September 21, 1929 in Kinmundy, IL, the daughter
of Fred and Fern (Horton) Kirgan. She worked at Crane
Packaging for 30 years before retiring. She was a member of
the First Pentecostal Church in Vandalia.
Evelyn is survived by her sister Vivian Sarchet of Vandalia, IL,
granddaughters Loretta Muehlberg of Vandalia and Stacey Mattlock of
Texas, grandson John Sarchet of Arkansas, and great grandchildren
Danielle, Ashley, and Brian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Carolyn Flow,
brothers Carl Kirgan and Kenneth Kirgan, and sister Geraldine
Maschoff.
