Just learned of the loss of Flo and am deeply saddened by the news. I recall her and Elmer when I was a child, and more recently when I was living in Vandalia. Flo was inspiring as we worked together to assist those in the community needing basic food and meals. She will be sorely missed by all. God be with you at this time. Jay Metzger
