Frances Fisher's Obituary
Frances M. Fisher, 92, of Vandalia, passed away at 11:05pm,
Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Fayette County Hospital Long Term
Care.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00am, Friday, May 2, 2014
at McInturff Cemetery, Hagarstown with Rev. Loren File
officiating. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Frances was born May 27, 1921 in Centralia, the daughter of Alva
and Jennie (Craig) Alcorn. She married Charles Marion Fisher
on May 2, 1953 and he preceded her in death on December 222,
1982. Frances worked at various factories in Vandalia but
worked at the Ramada Inn very last. She was a member of the
First Baptist Church of Hagarstown.
She is survived by her friend and caretaker Beverly and husband
Matt Hopkins of Vandalia.
She was preceded in death by herparents, husband, brother Donald
Alcorn and sister Maxine Norris.
