Frederick Kophazy Jr's Obituary
Fred Kophazy Jr., 60, of Vandalia, passed away at3:37pm, Sunday,
July 27, 2014 at Fayette County Hospital ER.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, July 31,
2014 at Sharon Cemetery, Vandalia, IL with Rev. John Sanders
officiating. Memorials may be made to the family of Fred
Kophazy to help with burial expenses.
Frederick Kophazy Jr. was born July 31, 1953, in Atlanta, GA,
the son of Fred Kophazy Sr. and Mary Ray Kophazy. Fred Jr.
was currently employed forLisa J's Escort Service; he enjoyed his
time being on the road and never met a stranger; he always had time
to talk and will be missed by many.
Fred is survived by his sister Sharon and husband Stacy Brown of
Ramsey, IL; nephews Jason Kophazy, Eric Brown, Karl Brown, and
Daniel Kophazy; and great nephews and nieces Ori Brown, Ebin
Kophazy, Hanna Kophazy, and Justin Kophazy; several cousins and
many friends and acquaintances, too many to name.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Kenneth
Kophazy, sister MarleneKophazy, and neice Sarah Kophazy.
