Jeannette Williams' Obituary
Jeannette J. Williams, 66, of Vandalia, was called home to be
with her Lord, Sunday, April 26, 2015.
A Private Family Graveside Service and Interment will be held in
Fairlawn Cemetery Wednesday with the Rev. Daniel McDonald
officiating. Memorials may be made to the Tupelo Children's
Mansion or First Pentecostal Church of Vandalia.
Jeannette was born December 7, 1948 in Vandalia, the daughter of
Earnest C. and Mildred L. (Schmitt) Williams. She graduated
from Vandalia High School and finished an Associate Degree from
Kaskaskia College in Child Care. She worked for Parkview
Daycare Center in Vandalia and was an active member of the First
Pentecostal Church in Vandalia; she loved the Lord and was a very
religious woman.
She is survived by her brother Joseph D. Williams of Vandalia,
an aunt and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
