Jesse L. Augenstein, 96, of Chipley, FL formerly of Vandalia, IL passed away on April 11, 2018 at the Bay Medical Center in Panama City, FL.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm, Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL
Jesse was born August 7, 1921, in Brownstown, IL, the son of Clarence and Leah (Cole) Augenstein. He married Lovetta M. Boaz on December 24, 1941 in St. Charles, MO; she preceded him in death August 21, 1994.
Mr. Augenstein was a WWII United States Army Veteran.
