John Frailey's Obituary
John Joseph Frailey, 53, of Fillmore, IL, passed away on
December 15, 2013 at Hillsboro Area Hospital.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00am, Thursday
December 19, 2013 at Mother of Dolors Catholic Church, Vandalia, IL
with Rev. Fr. Barry Harmon officiating. Burial will follow at
Antioch Cemetery of Herrick, IL. Visitation will be held from
4:00-7:00pm, Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Memorials may be made to
FNB of Vandalia Frailey Family Trust or to Our Sorrowful Mother's
Ministry.
John was born October 6, 1960 in Fort Worth, TX, the son of
Donald and Mary (Fischer) Frailey. He married Ann Brundage on
May 28, 1994 in Aronold, MO and together they had 8 children. He
was an educator for IL Department of Corrections at Vandalia
Correctional Center and a member of Mother of Dolors Catholic
Church, Vandalia, IL; Our Sorrowful Mother's Ministry, Vandalia,
IL; Vandalia Knights of Columbus.
John is survived by his parents Donald and Mary (Fisher) Frailey
of Herrick, IL; wife Ann (Brundage) Frailey of Fillmore, IL;
children Ian Frailey, William Frailey, Kristen Frailey, Teresa
Frailey, Laura Frailey, Rebekah Frailey, Daniel Frailey, and
Elizabeth Frailey all of Fillmore, IL; brother Bill Frailey and
wife Mary of Noblesville, IN; and sister Jennifer and husband Steve
Lay of Ramsey, IL
