Kathleen J. Hall, 76, of St. Elmo, IL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 03, 2026 at The Haven of St. Elmo.
Per Kathleen’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. There will be no services at this time. Interment will take place in Farmer’s Cemetery, Shobonier. Kathleen Jean Hall was born on May 27, 1949, in Fayette County, Illinois, to Cleta Viola (Hall) Kinsey. She dedicated many years to Owen’s Brockway in Vandalia before retiring. Known for her sense of humor and lively personality, Kathleen enjoyed crafting, coloring, puzzles, and games. She valued quality time with friends, especially when dining out and shopping, making her social interactions meaningful and cherished.
Ms. Hall is survived by her brother, Randall Kinsey; good friend, Pamela Riley; nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Cleta Kinsey.
