I am so sorry about the passing of Mark. I first met him at Centralia High School, he was my classmate all thru High School.
I was also reconnected with him when I moved to Vandalia and found that he worked at the hospital.
He was a very nice person and thought the world of his family.
I will sure miss seeing him around Vandalia.
God's Blessing to his family.
Please know your family is in my prayers. I worked with Mark for a few years at FCH in x-ray. I saw the love he had for his job. He was so compassionate when he took care of my friend's young daughter with a broken elbow. He was always willing to help out and answer my questions when I worked in Nuc Med. He was fun to be around. May God heal your hearts in his time.
I started working at FCH the same year as Mark. He was such a kind man, and wonderful at his job. I was fortunate to know him for so many years. Warm thoughts to his family right now. Please know so many people care
My heart is aching for the loss of Mark aka Vernon(to me). My family has been praying for your strength as a family knowing he was so loved by so many.
Mark was so funny. I loved his obscure movie quotes and then his frustration when we had no idea what he was talking about. The patients always talked about how good he was and asked about him. I am so sorry for your loss!
Mark was one of my favorite clinical instructors while in X-Ray school. I enjoyed having him as an instructor so much that I asked to go to FCH for my clinical rotation twice. He will be greatly missed.
