Melba Cornish's Obituary
Melba L. Cornish, 83, of Greenville, IL, passed away at 7:54 PM.
Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Greenville Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Cornish was born December 29, 1928, the daughter of Joseph
Rogers and Ruth (Henson) Rogers. She married Kenneth Cornish
May 28, 1976 in Vandalia, IL, he preceded her in death November 28,
1991. Mrs. Cornish worked for Crane Packing Inc., Vandalia
Laundry, and a cook at Mabry's restaurant, she was a member of Vera
Baptist Church, Women of the Moose - Vandalia.
She is survived by daughter Shirley Arnold, Mulberry Grove, IL;
Grandchildren Travis Bone and Cindy Bone; step grandchild Ashley
Arnold; great grandchildren Chelsea Bone, Anthony Branch and Hailey
Bone; and step great grandchild Deaden Arnold.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
