Memories of Evergreen Outreach will live forever and ever. I am proud to have known Randy.

I'm sorry, what else can I say. Randy and I had discussed this moment years ago.
I know where he is,Heaven, and with whom he is keeping company,Jesus.
He is joyful.
I knew Randy most of his life. If it had been 6 days, 6 weeks or 6 years he always knew my name and always came up, called me by name and shook my hand. He was a special person
i am so sad to learn of Randy's passing Randy and i had a couple things in common we both wore out trumpets playing them in church and our faith in God . i was friends in school with Robin and we were in band together is how i knew him and his grandmother lived next door to me. the last time i saw Randy was at his dad's funeral..
my condolences to all of Randy's family especially to my friend Robin. for our loss
A Saturday in July, 1977 I was reading the paper on the back porch when a teenager rode up the ally on a bicycle. He came up on the porch and int roduced himself, Randy Schukar. The next school year Randy Buddy was working afternoons with The Crazy Dutchman. Operating a small store down the street,I was visited often by Randy Buddy with Over Drive and wrestling magazines. I knew little about either, but soon received an education. Boy, he could make sound of an eighteen wheeler's air brakes!
A well known pastor stated that a person would most likely have a "handful" of really close friends in a life time. I must have been the only person in Fayette county who did not know Randy Buddy before that 1977 day. And who would have guessed a friendship to last 45 years? We shared lots of cheeseburgers, Dairy Queen, pumpkin ice cream at the Pumpkin Patch, and pizzas. Randy Buddy usually had take home since we had lots to discuss. We discovered Monical's Pizza 45 minutes away so Randy could talk and then eat.
Here was a boy born with a handicap, but God had plans for him. He placed him in a loving home, with a love for others, enthusiasm, and a terrific gift for music. And what a gift Randy Buddy is to me. Yes, one of a handful of special friends. Thank you Randy Buddy, Larry Buddy
Welcome Home dear Randy Buddy. I know the Lord has a special room awaiting His beloved Disciple. Sincere sympathy to Judy and Bob and Rob and extended family which includes most of Vandalia and anywhere Randy traveled. He never met a stranger without putting forth his hand and smiling his infectious smile. “Hi. I’m Randy.” His death is bittersweet for those of us who will grieve his absence but rejoice over his heavenly transformation. And to the family, bless you for your unconditional love and care throughout his life.
I hate to hear of Randy's passing. He truly was a very kind hearted man and brought a lot of smiles to the world. My sympathies go out to all of you. Hugs and prayers. Rest Easy Randy ✝️️🙏❤️
