Ronald Lee Rosborough, 71, of Vandalia, IL passed away at 10:25am, Thursday, August 2, 2018, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Champaign, IL
Private Services will be held at Hohlt and File Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Hall officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Carle Foundation Hospital Center for Philanthropy.
Ronald Lee Rosborough was born May 10, 1947 in Olney, IL the son of Theodore Rosborough and Jola (York) Earnst. He married Jan Elizabeth Pepple on August 22, 1969 in Vandalia. Ron was a former Lieutenant for IL Department of Corrections in Vandalia.
He is survived by daughter, Ann Zinyemba and husband Tate of Plainfield, IN; son, Joe Rosborough and wife Dawn of Vandalia; and grandchildren Tatum and Landon Zinyemba, and Sydney and Nicholas Rosborough.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, granddaughter Lily Zinyemba, and brother Jerry Rosborough.
