Ronald D. Denton, 72, of Decatur, IL passed away at 3:02pm,
Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur.
No services are scheduled for Mr. Denton.  Memorials for
Mr. Denton may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project P.O. Box
758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
Ron was born May 27, 1940, in Vera, IL, the son of Henry Denton
and Darlene (Kaygee) and husband Dale Bingham.  He married
Barbara (Alsbury) Denton on January 22, 1959 in Vandalia, IL; he
served in the United States Marine Corp. and retired from the
Firestone Plant in Decatur.  He was a member of Grace Baptist
Church, Decatur, IL; American Legion Post #0105, Decatur, IL;
United Rubber Workers Labor Union, Decatur, IL. 
He is survived by his wife Barbara (Alsbury) Denton; son Doug
Denton, Champaign, IL; daughter Debra and husband Scott Krause,
Elwin, IL; brothers Junior Denton, Randy Bingham, and Robert
Bingham; sisters Linda Davis, Sabrina Lineberry, and Roberta
Bingham; grandchildren Elizabeth Gille, Andrianne Gille, and Devin
Krause; and great grandchild Elaina Lee.
