Scott D. Jenkins, 48 of Vandalia, passed away at 8:55pm,
Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Vandalia Rehab and Healthcare Ctr. in
Vandalia.
At the family's request Scott body will be cremated and taken
back to his home in Ohio for services at a later date. Arrangements

Scott was born April 5, 1968 in Columbus, OH, son of David T.
Jenkins and Betty J. (McKenzie) Jenkins.
He worked as a chef/cook in various restaurants and
cafeterias.
Scott is survived by his mother Betty Jenkins Hare of Gahanna,
OH and daughter Janis Ann Bunker of Athens, GA; he was preceded in
death by his father David Jenkins and step father Clayton Hare.
