Steven Carpenter's Obituary
Steven L. Carpenter, 54, of Shobonier, died on Tuesday, Jan. 7,
2014, at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, January 12,
2014 at the First Pentecostal Church of Vandalia. Memorials: The
family.
Mr. Carpenter was born on Nov. 21, 1959, in Vandalia, the son of
Ronald and Mardell Philpot Carpenter. He married Teresa Bennett on
Sept. 10, 1988, in Vandalia.
He worked as a mechanic for most of his life, most recently he was
employed by NAPA.
He is survived by his mother; wife; daughter, Katelyn and her
husband Cody Ennen of St. Peter; and sister, Cindy and her husband
Jared Lutz of Vandalia.
He was preceded in death by his father.
