Steven Johnson's Obituary
Steven Michael Johnson, 54, of Vandalia, passed away Thursday,
June 28, 2012 at his home in Vandalia. Mr. Johnson was born
August 3, 1957 in Vandalia, the son of Benny and Betty (McMillan)
Jones. He was a retired correctional officer for Vandalia
Correctional Center.
Arrangements are incomplete at this time. Memorials may be made
to the family of Steven Johnson.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his mother Betty Jones of Vandalia;
sons Michael Jones and Christopher Jones both of Temple, TX, and
Tyler Johnson of Champaign, IL; daughter Jamie Johnson of
Champaign, IL; bother Dick Jones of Taylorville, IL; sister Cathy
and her husband Sephen Sublette of Seattle, WA; and 5
grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Benny Jones.
