Thomas "Joe" Hoover's Obituary
Thomas "Joe" Hoover, 56, of Bingham, passed away at 1:23pm,
Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at his home in Bingham.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm, Friday, September 19,
2014 at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Houston Jackson
officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to
service at the church. Memorials may be made to the family of
Joe Hoover. A private family burial will be held at a later
date.
Joe was born March 17, 1958 in Vandalia, the son of Robert
"Bob" and Virginia (Papes) Hoover. He graduated from Ramsey
High School, served in the United States Marine Corps and was
affiliated with the Baptist faith. Joe was a jack of all
trades, working hard at many different types of jobs, in his free
time he loved to cheer for the St. Louis Cardinals.
Joe is survived by his brothers Mike Hoover (Sherri Nelson) of
Irving, Steve Hoover of Bingham, Randy Hoover (Christina Hoover) of
Mulberry Grove, Andy Hoover of Mulberry Grove, and Jack Hoover
(Tiffany Summann) of Mulberry Grove; sisters Patricia Hoover of
Arkansas and Amy Harris (John Harris) of Vandalia; and several
nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother David Hoover
and one niece and one nephew.
