Thomas E Parham Sr's Obituary
Thomas Edward Parham, Sr., 81, of Vandalia, IL passed away at 1:59 PM, Monday, June 29, 2020 at his home.
In accordance with Tom’s wishes, cremation rites will be held. There will be no services at this time. Interment will take place in Cedaredge Cemetery in Cedaredge, CO at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Donor’s Choice.
Mr. Parham was born on May 23, 1939 in Muncie, IN, the son of Harvey Raymond Parham and Marguerite (Case) Foust. He married Alice V. Logue and together they celebrated 20 years of marriage.
Tom was an over the road truck driver and also owned and operated The Apple Orchard Restaurant in Colorado for several years. After retirement, he spent most of his spare time golfing.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Parham of Vandalia; sons, Thomas E. Parham Jr. and wife Tia McGraff of Port Dover, Ontario, Canada, Matthew Parham of Murfreesboro, TN, Patrick Parham and wife Jeanette of Cedaredge, CO, and David Parham and Tawnya Cole of Delta, CO; daughters, Cynthia and husband James Dinwiddie of Murfreesboro, TN and Theresa and husband Keith Peterson of Austin, CO; brothers, Chester Foust and Ralph Hannon; sisters, Becky Little and Brenda Bush; 19 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmie Parham; and sisters, Sharon Husselman, Janice Adkins, Wanda Reagan, Cathy Rairden, and Vicki Bricker.
