Toby Ray Hill, 54, of Vandalia, passed away on July 16, 2020 at Fayette County Hospital, Vandalia, IL
Per Toby’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded and a burial will be held at a later date in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, rural Ramsey. Memorials may be made to donor’s choice.
Toby was born September 9, 1965, in Vandalia, the son of Ray Eugene and Shirley Jean (Brown) Hill. He enjoyed making candles, watching his favorite tv shows, and recently going shopping.
He will be greatly missed by his brother, Jeff Hill of Vandalia and sisters, Patty Tinker of Vandalia, and Callie Tuttle of Mulberry Grove.
