Virgil Boaz's Obituary
Virgil Lee Boaz, 68, of Vandalia passed away on Saturday,
December 19, 2015 at his home.
Graveside service and interment will be held at 1:30pm,
Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Boaz Cemetery, rural Bluff City, IL
with Rev. Doug Wodtka officiating. 
Virgil was born August 28, 1947 in Vandalia, the son of Emmett
and Katherine (Nichols) Boaz.  He was a self employed truck
driver. 
Virgil is survived by his mother Katherine Boaz of Vandalia,
daughter Rhonda Foster of Irrigon, OR, son Mike Boaz of
Springfield, brother Bruce Boaz Sr. and Danielle Harre of
Brownstown, sister Gloria and husband Bruce Hall of Vandalia,
grandchildren Jeremy and Ryan Reed, and his friend Myron Madison of
Vandalia.
He was preceded in death by his father Emmett Boaz.
