Wayne Forehand Jr's Obituary
Wayne Fredrick Forehand Jr., 58, of Vandalia, IL passed away at 6:12 PM, Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. His passing was peaceful and he was surrounded by loved ones.
Per Wayne’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and he will be buried with his loving mother, Mary Ann. True to his nature, Wayne did not want a funeral. He didn’t want people to mourn over him, he wanted people to celebrate his life and remember him fondly. A Celebration of Life in the form of a cook out and fishing will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to an animal rescue or charity; Wayne loved animals and his dogs were his faithful companions and family.
