Leslie and family,
I also sent a note to the newspaper guest book, but will tell you here again that we are glad we had the opportunities to meet and get to know Bobbie.
God's blessings to you and all those whom you love.
I have seen Bobbie many times the past few years whenever she was a patient at St. Louis University Hospital were I work. She had the best attitude and her faith was always obvious in that beautiful smile. I was so appreciative last year before Palm Sunday when she taught me how to make a cross out of the palm reeds as my mother Virginia Becker use to make. I know Bobbie and my mother were great friends and they are worshiping together again in the glory of Christ! I am so sorry for the suffering she went through and the loss that is so painful to her husband and family.
We were so sorry to hear about Bobbies passing. What a wonderful person. We have great memories of vacationing with her in Ireland (2002). Her sense of humor and generous spirit made the trip that much better. (not to mention her great organizational skills - numbered pictures to remember the trip :) It was so apparent she loved life and especially loved her family & friends. May the Lord comfort you and bless you with the knowledge she is with Him.
Dearest Bobbie & Les, Bobbie I envy you; you are in the presence of Christ Jesus, our Lord. Dear Les, I will see you both in His presence one day. You had a beautiful wife, Les. Love, Randy Grimmett
I am very sorry to learn that one of my favorite high school classmates has passed away. Bobbie Sue and I go way back in our friendship...Kindergarten, junior high, high school, church, social gatherings. She had the cutest little blonde poni-tail, and I will always remember her for that, and for her smile. Deepest sympathies to her family.

I was very sorry to hear of Bobbie Sue's passing. I have so many great memories of her. She and I, along with Pat Bennett Thornton, were the short girls in PE class and in GAA. We used to bowl together in GAA. Bobbie Sue was always popular and friendly with everyone in our class. I believe I last saw her about 12 year ago at a reunion in Sullivan, and she had just retired from a long career as a lunch lady. She looked the same as I had remembered her from high school.
I send my deepest sympathy to Bobbie Sue's family. Please know that she was loved by anyone who ever knew her, and she will never be forgotten. To me she'll always be the classmate with the beautiful blonde hair. Bless you all at this difficult time.
Bobbie was such an inspiration to me throughout my life as a Girl Scout leader, youth leader, and friend. She made an unforgettable mark on everyone she touched. Her life will continue to inspire me to be the kind of Christian woman she lived her life to be.
Lola, Diana, and the rest of the family,
Please accept my condolences. Bobbie Sue was the best friend to me & most others. There was a gentleness in her heart that would bring joy to all who knew her. Loved talking with her and will never forget her laugh. She was so much fun and a joy to be with. especially in HS, grade school, Girl Scouts, and 4-H & Band, Choir (I think), Homecomings, stay overs, and parties, Hardens, Hezzy's, and GAA,dancing in the gym at noon, everything else. When I saw her at my Mom's(Ruby)funeral(2006), she still had her fun big smile, laugh and wonderful personality. She will be sadly missed by all. God is watching over her. Lots of memories that will never be forgotten. I will never forget and Thanks for all the after school times waiting for pick up from my Mom at her house. Wishing you peace to soothe your spirit, love to lighten your heart, and harmony to fill your life with happiness.
Les, Andy, Carrie and families, We wish to express our deepest sympathy for the loss of your wife/mother. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
So sorry to learn about Bobbie Sue. Lots and lots of great childhood and adult memories....she loved you so much Les and her children and grandchildren....love,hugs and prayers to you and your family... Carol and Paul Snyder
