Donna Lee Davis, 85, of  Springfield formerly of Vandalia passedaway at 6:26pm, Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at her home.  Donna was born June 20, 1929 in Vandalia the youngest of 13 children of Charles and Lillie Watkins Strobel.  A
