Frances Mote's Obituary
Frances Marie Mote, 83, of Vandalia passed away at 10:59am,
Monday, August 15, 2016 at her daughter's home surrounded by her
family.
Per family's wishes no services will be held and cremation rites

Frances was born December 22, 1932 in Winchester, IN, the
daughter of Edgar and Myrtle (Copper) Lykins.  She married
Robert Mote on June 24, 1950; he preceded her in death in 2001.
Frances worked as a nurse's aide before staying home and raising
her family.  She loved to play bingo and scratch off lotto
tickets.
She is survived by her daughters Sandra Rogers of Vandalia and
Patty and husband Alan Railsback of Greenville, OH; son Kelton Mote
and canine companion Buddy of Greenville, OH; brothers George
Lykins of Palmetto, FL and Ronnie Lykins of Kansas City, KS;
grandchildren Dawn Hobson and Darin Hobson of Little Rock, AR,
Jason Berry and wife Angie of Salem, Tanda Ronholdt of Patoka,
Gerrid Berry and wife Andrea of Vandalia, Jamie and husband Casey
Landreth of Patoka, Brandi and husband Jacon Wyne of New Madison,
OH, and Jesse Railsback of Greenville, OH; 18 great grandchildren
and 4 great-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by
her parents, husband, daughter Kathy Hobson, and brothers Jimmy and
Pat Lykins.
