My sincere sympathy to Cherie, Steve and families. I have known Jim all my life. I have wonderful childhood memories of Jim, Steve, Cherilyn, David and the rest of the neighborhood. We were a pact and I am fortunate to be included. Jim was also a great friend to my parents and I am thankful that Jim and Cherie were just across the street.

I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a wonderful friend and neighbor. He was such a blessing to my family when my mom started to show signs of dementia. He was so good to her and helped her so much. And growing up with Jim all the St. Peter kids was the best neighborhood ever. :)
