James Christian “Jim” Kruenegel, 63, of St. Peter, IL passed away at 12:47 AM, Monday, January 14, 2019 at his home.
In accordance with Jim’s wishes, cremation rites will take place and private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Fayette Co. Cancer Fund: P.O. Box 84, Vandalia, IL 62471.
James Christian Kruenegel was born on May 27, 1955 in Salem, IL, the son of Earl Christian and Irma Jean (Long) Kruenegel. Jim was an insurance salesman and a carpenter. He is survived by his sister, Cherie Kruenegel of St. Peter; brother, Steve Kruenegel of Kinmundy; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mike Kruenegel.
