Debbie Woods-Segrest
Bob was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He always had a wave or a smile. We had some wonderful conversations. He was the very first person that I have ever known that I share a birthday with. He was a fantastic landlord, it's a shame what has become of his trailer court since he sold it. He and Mimi are such a warm and caring couple, I always enjoyed spending time with them.
